Salona Hill Labradors

Salona Hill Labradors is a small hobby kennel located in

Sebastopol, north of San Francisco, California.

We breed chocolates, blacks and occasionally yellows,

primarily specializing in chocolates. Our goal is to breed

a sound healthy dog, with that wonderful Labrador

temperament. We breed to the Conformation standard,

and have imported several dogs from England and The

Netherlands, to introduce into our breeding program.

We also have field trial bred Labradors which we breed for

field competition and hunting.

We believe in the dual purpose Labrador - a retriever- as its

use was originally intended for. Whether retrieving birds,

playing ball with the kids, or fetching your morning paper-

always your faithful companion.

We personally train and show our dogs in the Conformation ring, Obedience Trials,

Hunt Tests, and Field Trials. We both hunt waterfowl and upland game birds, and

do so with both bench bred and field bred Labradors.

All our pups are vet checked, micro-chipped, introduced to cats and stairs,

bird tested, and well socialized before going to their new homes. This way

we can best help you choose the correct puppy for your life style. All pets

are sold on Limited Registration.

Our breeding stock are OFA certified hips and elbows, heart cleared, Optigen

tested, and eyes CERF'd annually.

Occasionally we have started young dogs for sale.

We are members in good standing of Marin Retriever Club, Sacramento Valley

Retriever Club, Golden Gate Labrador Retriever Club, The Labrador Retriever

Club of America, The Midland Counties Labrador Club of England,

Sierra Vista Labrador Retriever Club, and Ducks Unlimited.
